Our Waterfront consists of 220’ of private sandy shoreline with shallow water perfect for children. Located on quiet Pine Lake, in the Haliburton Highlands. Explore 3 lakes with access from Pine Lake. The property is on a 1 acre lot, gently sloping lawn, surrounded by mature trees for privacy. The cottage allows ease of access in the winter and summer with a quiet dead-end road between the cottage and the lake. The cottage faces south-east which gives you sun all day. There is a fire pit and a level grassed section at the lake, perfect for horseshoe games and beach volleyball. Bring your fishing gear as there are bass, walleye and muskie. A swim raft, dock, canoe and peddle boat are available for your enjoyment. The cottage has 3 bedrooms- 2 Queen beds, and 1 Double bed. There is a large bright finished basement with walk-out that has 1 Queen and 2 Single beds. An assortment of games and an extra flat screen TV gives the kids some extra room to play and do their own thing.

The cottage is down the street from the local general store, where bread and butter tarts are baked fresh every weekend. The general store also has a LCBO/Beer store and gourmet butcher shop. There is also a local restaurant, snack shop, Country Cottage Log Cabin Trading Company (a must see), a service station, and laundry mat down the street. If you are looking for more substantial shopping or conveniences , Haliburton is just 10 minutes away. With quaint shops, large food stores, pharmacies, restaurants, live theatre, health care clinics and the hospital. About 15 minutes away is the world-class, world renowned and ecologically-rich Haliburton Forest, which offers 70,000 acres in total with over 50 lakes to explore. The forest has the longest Canopy Tour...where you walk from tree to tree high above the forest floor. In the winter they also offer dog sledding and snowmobile tours. Sir Sam's ski resort is also about 15 minutes away, they offer fantastic downhill skiing and snowboarding.
