Deposit
We require a $500 booking deposit to secure your reservation. This deposit will also act as your security deposit. Your security deposit will be refunded pending any loss or damages to the rental property or other violations. Any violations of the rental agreement and/or booking conditions may result in loss of the security damage deposit and in some cases may terminate the renal agreement and result in eviction.

Payment Arrangements 
Summer Rentals – One month prior to your rental we require half of the rental fee – $1,000 (includes cleaning)and two weeks prior we require the balance – $1,000 (includes cleaning)
Any other rental payment is required two weeks before if possible. (Once the rentals fees are fully paid the Owner will send a list of things and key info)

Price Changes
The owners reserve the right to amend the prices quoted on the Website due to errors or omissions.

Method of Payment
The preferred method of payment would be e-Mail Money Transfer (if you bank online with a major bank this is possible) Cheques and cash are also options.

Maximum Occupancy
There is a maximum of 8 persons for overnight accommodation and only the people listed on the rental agreement are permitted for overnight accommodation.

Liability
The Owners do not accept the liability for any act, neglect or default on the part of the Owners or any other person not within their employ or otherwise under their control, nor for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which the Tenants or any other person may suffer of incur arising out of, or in any way connected with the rental. In addition, the Owner accepts no liability for loss or damage to the Tenants’ possessions on the Owners’ property or land.

Pets
No Pets allowed.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Please smoke outside and use the available ashtrays.

Noise Restriction
No excessive noise during the day and please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm to respect other cottagers.

Linens
Linens/towels are not provided. Comforters and pillows are provided, but bed sheets, dish towels and bed sheets are not.

Garbage Disposal
The Applicants must remove all garbage from the premises upon departure.
Instructions are provided in the welcome binder. Clear garbage and green bin bags are provided.

Barbecue
Propane tanks are supplied but must be filled in town after your stay.

Firewood
Firewood is not included.  You can purchase firewood at the corner store.
